常溫蛋數顆、一碗冰水
Eggs at room temprature, ice water.


2.
把一鍋可以蓋住蛋的水量煮滾,加點鹽巴
Boil water and add a pinch of salt.
2. 把一鍋可以蓋住蛋的水量煮滾

3.
蛋下水後開始計時,依照自己喜歡的熟度,時間到了撈起來放到冰水裡
Set the timer right after the egg dipped into boiled water.  Put the eggs into iced cold water when the timer alarms.


4.
用姆指腹小心剝開蛋殼
Peel the eggs gentally using the side of your thumb.


5.
Yum!
