Hard Boiled Egg w/ Rice Cooker for Lazy Bones電鍋法懶人白煮蛋

1.
常溫蛋數顆、廚房紙巾、50c.c.水、一碗冰水
Eggs at room temprature, paper towel, 50 c.c. of water, ice water.

所有東西都放到電鍋內鍋裡
Set everything in the rice cooker.


3.
可以放著，但如果不想太熟，電鍋跳起後計時 1 分鐘，時間到了撈起來放到冰水裡
You can just leave it there.  Or set a 1 minute timer if you don't want your eggs over cooked.  
Get the eggs out into iced cold water while they're still hot.


4.
用指腹小心剝開蛋殼
Peel the eggs gentally using the side of your thumb.
