Ramen Eggs w/ Earl Grey Tea伯爵茶冷泡拉麵蛋

1.
半熟蛋數顆、醬油、糖、水、茶包(任何口味皆可,或是像八角的香料)
無論用什麼容器,遵守  水3:醬油1:糖0.5  的黃金美味比例
Peeled soft-boiled eggs, soy sauce, sugar, water, a tea bag (of any flavor, or other spicies will do).
No matter what your container is, follow the golden-yummy-ratio of "3 water : 1 soy sauce : 0.5 sugar."


2.
把黃金美味醬汁丟進鍋子裡,別忘了茶包!輕輕攪拌煮滾後離火。
Have the golden-yummy-ratio sauce into a bowl, don't forget the tea bag.  
Stir and wait until boiled then off the heat.


3.
等它涼或是把醬汁放進冰箱弄涼。
Wait til the sauce cooled down.


4.
讓蛋冷泡在醬汁裡 5-7 小時
Let the eggs take a 5-7hr cold bath.
